How exactly does a wicked-strong grip deny work to the musculature of the back?
hey Rob, sorry, that doesn't sound right.
when training back, i would activate my brachioradialus (sp?) to a degree that
they would cramp like a sunovabitch all night long. not the fun cramps that wriggle and
pop, but serious painful cramps that i couldn't break. at that point, my forearms wouldn't have looked right any
bigger, so i used wraps to keep them from assisting.
dammit now i have a forearm pump from typing this future TLDR
