Is that Erik Spoto?How about tighten tape,straighten tape and your at 17.5”-18” cause that pic shows 19.5” loose and crooked.Also he weighs what?350 strong huge guy but no where near 20” forearm.

17.5-18” forearms are huge but McGrath has 17”s at 250 and they look way bigger.

i never thought to measure mine when they were their biggest. (measuring tapes and cameras were kind of laughed at back in the early nineties)
but they have been an inch bigger than in this pic. and you could add a half inch or better measuring the way eric is.

plenty of direct forearm work.  as well as racing motocross when i was a kid.

my old workout partner never trained forearms but could rep 8 plate deadlifts with no wraps
and his forearms were close to mine.

later on i used wristwraps on all my back training because forearms were taking over.

hey Rob, sorry, that doesn't sound right.   

when training back, i would activate my brachioradialus (sp?) to a degree that
they would cramp like a sunovabitch all night long. not the fun cramps that wriggle and
pop, but serious painful cramps that i couldn't break. at that point, my forearms wouldn't have looked right any
bigger, so i used wraps to keep them from assisting.

dammit now i have a forearm pump from typing this future TLDR
