I have known Paul for over 20 years, and he has the best SHAPE I have ever seen on a BBer. A smaller version of Flex Wheeler. Trained at Gold's San Diego since 87/88, have not seen him for sometime now.

You have to see his arms, and his LEGS, in person to get a true idea of how awesome they are. Unreal.

don't know what you were expecting but when these guys cut up and wear baggy clothes they all look a lot less massive. that is, unless their name is marcus ruhl.

phil had thick traps, narrow clavicles and a whole lot of dense muscle on his frame. btw, he was not a mass monster, but a very good bber. when you think 'mass monster' of that time you think of a guy like jim quinn or vic richards, not phil hill.
