the more I do this the simpler I keep my runs and the better they work.
id recommend a test base. no more than 300mgs a week. year round. you don't need a lot if test to make quality gains, in fact imo your better off using those mgs your devoting to test and applying them to other more 'effective' compounds - effective as in the look you want to achieve.
then pick a few compounds that you reacted best to and use them at different times to achieve the look you want to have. you have enough experience to know what compounds work best for you.
ie use 300mg tren a week w 40mg of var to tighten up for the summer. in the offseason :D use NPP w your test. something like that.
keep the test base cycle the remainder appropriately. you won't need really to go over 600- 750mg a wk total at any time and can run 300mg test safely in the months you don't want to gear up and keep your gains- you'll only lose the look the anabolics gave you. the fullness and density etc. within 3 weeks if adding then back in you'll be close to where you left off last time.
if you can afford it run gh. hyge imo is the best of the Chinese genetics. you won't need more than 4iu a day for what you want to accomplish.
the rest is ALL DIET. a lot of guys on this board who know their shit don't all share the same views regarding how to diet. I think you gotta find what works for you. but at the end of the day all the juice in the world won't make you look good if you don't get the fat off.

years ago, NOBODY would talk about how to use insulin, because not many knew.. so I asked EVERYBODY I could... finally I got a few mins with Milos... and later with Nasser and they were nice enough to give me, as a young punk kid, the basics.. very basics.... but beyond that, nobody knew what would happen if you used 30iu, 40iu, 60iu per day... nobody had the answers, and by the time I was comfortable with insulin, milos and Nasser were gone.. either moving away or training at a different gym... so I was my own guinea pig, and the shit people said would "absolutely 100% put you in a coma and kill you" turned out to be not exactly true..... so when I started talking, writing, posting about what I was doing, people would do exactly what you guys are doing now... and this was many, many years ago.. so nothing has changed.
personal fucking experience is what I write about. I don't write about 13g/wk... or even 10g/wk... even though I know/knew a couple/few guys who used 10+g/wk, I can only go by what they told me, what I recall them telling me (being that 10g wasn't much greater than 5)..... I write about what IVE DONE and what I'VE NOTICED.
steroids aren't magic. it takes x amount of food plus x amount of PED's to equal x amount of lean bodyweight (lean, hard separated bodybuilder physique).
you can't just expect to take more steroids and all of a sudden you're gonna be a pro... doesn't work that way.
take all the steroids you can afford, and if you're not doing other things right, or at least adequately, you're not gonna be a "pro" or a "freak" or a "monster"... at least not size-wise.

that total amount depends on what drugs are being used. 6g is a lot of test and deca, with 150 or so oral/day... 3-4 being test, tren, drol, maybe mast maybe npp.
I also don't believe you need to increase the dose every cycle.
first cycle can be 4g and you can use that same total mg for every cycle you ever do for the rest of your life... getting bigger or smaller/leaner depends on what you eat, not what drugs you take or how much.

it doesn't matter HOW MUCH steroids you take; if you don't take in enough kcals you're not gonna be a 'freak' size-wise.
at best, the increased dose (be it 2g, 4g, 6g, even 8 or 10g) will give a different "look/quality" to your physique. meaning you'll be leaner, harder, more vascular, more separated, more grainy, but you're not gonna be 290 at 6ft, or 270 at 5'9" if your nutrition isn't spot on.. or even close to being spot on.

That wasn't a blanket statement. There are a lot of great strength coaches who train pros (mostly the ones I try to learn from). But it shouldn't be ignored that just because a trainer train a pro athlete when he's already been a pro, using football as an example. That a lot have their claim to fame by saying "I trained so and so" or "I train so and so" I've always contended that just because you trained or train an athlete doesn't mean you know how to train an athlete. Most of mine are with me 5!days a week covering everything from soft tissue, to speed development (today's clinic) to recovery to education and workshops.
Personally,I haven`t met any "Personal Trainers" other than bodybuilders, or former bodybuilders, who I would ask bodybuilding advice from.this. And you either have to find one that is willing to actually tell you the truth for his hard earned experience (not likely) or pay someone to tell you, or basically sacrifice the time and learn it yourself through trial and error.

I myself can say I have trained professional athletes but I am not deluded enough to consider myself a professional Strength Coach. I may well have a lot of the knowledge but I do not have enough in the trenches experience.

I have a question to those, like wes, who say once they started just doing "whatever" in the gymI always just load the bar with as much as I can lift for my given rep range im shooting for. Usually I have one set where I feel out my strengrh and then adjust for the remaining 3-4 sets. Some days I feel betywr lifting 10-15, others in the 5-7 rep range. Depends on my body and how im feeling. I try to always make a mental not of the poundages im using, but I dont really worry about making sure I lift thay or more every workout... just lifting as much as I can handle for a given rep range.

I have said something regarding bodybuilders "gaining". Most bodybuilders are not gaining shit, many haven't gained shit in decades. But many say they are making "improvements", whatever that means exactly. But it's complete BS in many many cases. Some are obviously regressing while saying they are making gains. How many would admit they peaked back in 1995 and they have been trying to merely hold on since then?
We can debate the relative importance of the big three: diet, training and drugs. But as far as the training aspect, my opinion is that muscle responds to increase in load and/or volume or intensity (means different things to people... could mean shortening rest between sets while still doing the same number of sets with the same load). I believe the load is the most important factor, others disagree. But some parameter has to progress. Or what's next, someone saying they stopped training altogether and then really started growing? ??? ::)
There have been many examples of guys, good bodybuilders injuring themselves, having to drop training loads but still able to pump and tone and squeeze as much as they want... and the result is always regression for that bodypart(s) affected. Every bodybuilder knows load matters no matter how much they say the opposite, if you used to do 10 reps in the squat with 405 and now you do 10 reps with 315 in exactly the same manner, have your legs grown? I don't think so.
Someone who wants to optimize his development I think should record all aspects (at least some type of log even if in the head only) so I agree with Coach there. You would track you food at least somewhat or your drug type/dosage, no? So why not training so you see if it's going in the right direction?

now 'gain' for me this year is downsizing. not having that 'juiced' look. a more healthy looking functional athletic physique. and I'm on my way to achieving that. so even tho I'm getting 'smaller' I'm making improvements.

I said I walk I to the gym to train a certain bodypart. when I'm there I'll do exercises I feel my body most wants to do. take chest for example. there days I can flat bench a good bit of weight. then there's days I get a better workout out of more isolation movements like flies and smith machine press.
I don't train to move weight around happenstancely. i use as much weight as i can correctly depending on how i feel that day. the one constant is i always train to get a pump. always. if i dont get a good pump i consider it a wasted workout. if I can pick up a 40lb dumbell and get a wicked biceps workout in, why would I curl 60's, which I'm capable of doing as well. more often than not lighter weight gives me a much better workout.

vast majority of those pics were taken post hospital stay rebound... I just looked at them again.. hadn't looked at those in quite a while.

remember.. you shoot too much insulin, your blood sugar drops so you eat a bunch of carbs and your bloodsugar rises, so your body releases MORE insulin.
when hypo hits, don't panic. eat a little carbs. (you should have protein in your stomach before you even do the injection of slin)... if you don't eat enough carbs, your body will make up the difference by releasing sugar from your liver (made from those BCAA's you all should be taking with your insulin ;) )
you shouldn't feel 2iu.
even if you take 2iu on an empty stomach, your body will produce whatever sugar it needs to maintain a bs of about 80.
don't eat the carbs RIGHT when you shoot it either..
10am you do a 10iu shot and eat 100g carbs.
10:10am your bloodsugar is spiked in the 110/115
10:20 your body releases insulin
10:30am your bloodsugar drops to 85/90 from the huge amt of insulin
10:35am, that 10iu shot of insulin you did 35mins ago is kicking in and your bloodsugar is plummeting into the 60's and youre sweating and shaking and feel high and your heart is pounding and you're dizzy.
10:36am you eat more carbs to 'level out'
10:46am you feel stuffed, and tired, from the amount of food you just ate.. and you're cursing insulin for almost "killing you/putting you in a coma'
10:56am you're fucking fat, and you can't figure out why.

I love igf1 DES. training back for example, i'd put 100mcg in the lats, 100mcg in the teres, and 100mcg in the traps (100mcg each side), for arms 100mcg in the bicep, 50mcg in the brach, 50mcg in the lateral head , 100mcg in the long head, and 25mcg or so in the top of the forearm, quads i'd just pick one head and put 150mcg in. chest is just 150mcg.
if I could get a better price, i'd double those doses.

You have a terrible grasp of nutrition and also the laws of physics it seems.
Protein, carbohydrates and fats are forms of energy.
A gram of fat is 9 calories. A gram of protein is 4 calories. That means (give or take) a pound of fat has almost 4000 calories whilst a pound of muscle has almost 1700 calories.
That energy can't disappear, it's only moved from one place to another. You also can't get energy out of thin air, so it must come from somewhere. That's why, if you want to gain a pound of muscle, you NEED a surplus of 1700 calories spread out over however many days to build it. Maintenance calories means how many calories your body burns in a given day just to move and survive, so if you eat at maintenance, there are no spare calories left to be put towards building muscle. All that protein you're eating is just burnt up within your maintenance caloric requirement. You NEED a caloric surplus so there's spare calories to be used to build muscle, which is an energy-intensive process as that protein being synthesised into muscle contains 4 calories of energy per gram. It's got to come from somewhere.
So yeah, you basically have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Will a caloric surplus which is too big add muscle plus a lot of fat? Sure. However, you do need at least some surplus. It's fundamental stuff.

#1. i don't run 6g year round. when it's 6g, it's 3-4g test, 2g deca, plus orals.... that's maybe 2-3 months at a time.. usually i'll get tired of doing the shots and the dose will drop down to about 1200 test twice a week and 400 deca twice a week, plus orals... that's 'heavy' dose..... other times i'll run 1500 test with tren anywhere from 100-300 two to three times a week, depending on if I have the time and I'm not to lazy to do the injections... unless i have something i have to look presentable for, i'll skip shots, i'll run that for maybe 8-10wks... other times i'll run 500 test/wk with an oral pre-workout.. maybe for 6-8 weeks.
#2. never said i was 260. always said the heaviest i go is about 240, 245/247 if I'm doing everything right.. general walking around weight depending on what I'm eating and how much I'm working, and if i have time to train is 220-230... only thing that changes is how lean/hard i am. bf ranges from 7% to about 10-11% where i am now.
#3. never said you need to eat excessive kcals... much less did i put a number of 6000 on it.. that's you little fags' words, not mine. although, i find it laughable that you believe you can make progress on maintence kcals.... if i have nothing coming up and no reason to 'diet', i eat like a regular person.. just more. i eat pizza, sweet and sour chicken, pasta, ice cream, mt dew, sushi, weinerschnitzel hot dogs, ect... i have clients, bootcamps, gym responsibilities, and paperwork, so some days I'm lucky to get in 2k kcals, others i'll get 4k.. most days my protein is no more than 200-250. I find it laughable that you post pics either from when I just got out of prison (the webcam pics), just starting fb when I was on trt (legit, dr prescribed trt... not 'getbig-no insurance trt'), or rebounding from a mixup on my thyroid dose. no news there.. well known that I dropped about 5lbs a month over 9 months with stupid high dose of t3 and dropped down below 185-190 before landing in the hospital unable to move my legs/left arm for 3 days before checking out against dr's orders because I had clients the next morning... so I was back training that day as well, and took pics over the next couple weeks to judge the weight gain/rebound. if you geniuses were smart enough to check the dates, you'd seen that... but then again, that wouldn't help your argument of "that's the biggest you've ever been" lol... laughable.

3, the pics were on fb, and showing pics of myself standing in my underware aren't exactly appropriate.
4, I actually do have some quad pics on fb.. but I believe the only one anybody showed was my first leg day back at about 195.. was posing next to a female friend joking that her quads were now as big as mine... the others the quads were fuller, harder, and separated, but those didn't get posted here, as they wouldn't have helped the flamers cause.

as for the prison stuff...
I've been over all this many times here. I was 'assured' by my atty that I'd get 5 total, including suspended time, and I'd serve 50%... if I signed a plea deal for a max of 15, and not go to trial, after about a week of thinking it over and talking with family and my ex, I said ok.
get to court, judge gives me the full 15yrs, but suspends 5. felt like I got sucker-punched... da even said he was surprised and was 'sorry' afterwards.. lol.. so I had to serve 50% of 10 before parole. parole isn't mandatory, btw. while in, I worked for the SD Dept of Tourism with the SD board of accountany and SD board of nursing, studied accounting and finance, and went to school for 3 years for horticulture and landscape design, and day traded via a proxy account and phone. had a script for hrt before I went in, so I had either 200mg cyp every two weeks or 300mg every three weeks the entire time I was in... the prison I was in was medium security and we had a full 'weight room' with racks, benchs, bars/db's, ect...

it was actually the campus of an old college... some "cells" were actually old dorm rooms... actually, most 'cells' were..... not mine though. lol.
it was still prison, and everything that comes along with prison... fights/assaults/stabbing/murders/ect.. , gangs, intimidation/extortion, bribery,smuggling, 'black market' stuff. still had lifers, murders, rapists, kidnappers, ect... AB, la eme, blacks were mostly from Chicago so they weren't BGF, mostly GD, and the indian/native gangs, who had the largest numbers, but were the least organized, or respected, as they were tolerant of child molesters (as that's a popular thing to do on the reservations, I supposed), and most of them only had short 2-3yr sentences and the turnover was too great. AB and Mexicans had guys with long sentences and less turnover... the blacks generally ratted on whomever they could, as they were generally just coke runners who got popped on I90 or I29.

damn! just for a few vials of empty Tren? what other charge did they have on you? I bet a better lawyer could of got you a better deal but i don;t know your backround. I only got in trouble with the law as a minor and they are not as strict on minors. I got busted with scheduled drugs, wreckless driving, eluding the police. didn"t say a word and My lawyer made a deal with the Da for 1 year probation and 30 hours community service. I took that deal and pleaded guilty. I had no time to think . I was going to go in and fight the case but the day of the trial my lawyer told me they would offer me that deal and i thought about it and just decided to plead guilty because if I went to trial I would of spent about a year in JDH.
