Options will inclide:

Globalist
or
Military Industrial Complex tool.

That is all.

How about Obama or McCain? I have noticed that you complain about politics a lot, yet you do absolutely nothing to change anything. Get off Getbig and run for local office or something. Arguing online with a bunch of halfwits all day about politicians can't be satisfying, can it?

yes, it's quite satisfying.  If I ran for office, I'd quickly fall under the influence of donors and sell out as well.  it would be inevitable.  better to bitch about it and try to learn from the perspectives of others.

Fair enough. I still would like to see a poll, I am interested to see who people are voting for.

Yes I would like to see it too.  "If you had to choose today, who would you vote for?"

Mods, do your thing!  With the trend of Mccain losing steam and Obama having triple the money and momentum, it would be interesting to see what the poll reads today, compared to another poll in a few month.

U keep pushing the money thing..yes Obama himself has more money then McCain...but the GOP has tons more cash then the Dems. Both will fator into this race. Polls mean nothing right now..the 2004 polls where the same for Kerry.

youre right about polls.  Dukakis was creaming Bush1 by 16 points at this point in 1988, so Obama's 15 point newsweek poll means nothing now.  Of course, there was no real war or recession in 88...

Anyway, the GOP can fund whatever it wants, but mccain is locked under 84 mil for presidential spending, unless he wants to flip-flop like obama did.  GOP can hire 527s, but if they do that, they can't put $ into congressional districts and we'll see what we saw in 2008, where dems took a lot of repub jobs in house and senate.

two big differences between then and now:

 1.  Reagan was still quite popular and Bush was running as a continuation of Reagan.

 2.  Dukakis was nowhere near the candidate the Obama is

Still - the election is a long way away and there is still plent of time for either side to fuck up (even more in the case of McCain) or be damaged
