All I know is I saw her at an expo and she was very sweet, had a great smile and looked good. I have seen some pictures of her where she has next to zero bodyfat contest shape, which I agree, is not a good look.

If you don't like females that lift or bodybuild, thats fine, its your preference. IMO Marika is very good looking and even more so because of her personality. I knew Tre would be with me on this one!

He adjusted her training principles unitl they were almost identical to his own when he was competing. Her sets, reps decreased (one set, 6-8 reps) and her intensity increased. As a result she managed to pack on 7Ibs of muscle in only 4 months.
He also helped her with mental training. In the DVD you will notice that Dorian is totally oblivious to the distractions in Golds, Venice. It is this type of mental intensity + focus Yates helped implement.
As a continuation of this program I suspect she will be competing next year at a much heavier weight again.
