Pretty cool, only complaint is , almost every training bit is on arms... !?! I know it's just the day that Bob catches them on , but would be cool to see some other body parts being trained, I think out of all the episodes at least 4 feature arms.

Just watched the JOJ video. Pretty good, except i thought i was watching a muscletech ad or something. Other than that it was very good.

Also, is it possible to do something about the lighting. In the JOJ video it seemed OK, but in the previous ones it was impossible to see anything when it was being filmed indoors.

I agree.. JOJ was good but way too much MuscleTech. We know MuscleTech is the sponsor, but it's a little overkill.
