They should not fight Extradition. Just slows things down and no one gets credit for the time you send fighting it. That is why Nv. was not ready with paperwork...no one fight ext. here.

As of right now there is no "crime scene." Where was MJ murdered? You can't just say "Las Vegas." You need a crime scene, forensic evidence, Interviews with potential witnesses and then all of it has to be presented to a grand jury who will then determine if there is sufficient evidence to hand down an indictment/s. So far CT & KR have not been charged with a crime. Wasting time fighting extradition, while nearly automatic in such cases is a big waste of timep; it will not count against the time CT or KR might get, and it gives the prosecution time to build their case and the investigators to do such things as find the crime scene.
