Not synthol, site injections. When people use synthol you get a soft/inflated/puffy look. Ruhl is hard/vascular and shredded.. just site injections into the biceps. Nothing, take a look back 2,3,4 years he's always had that peak.

I laugh my ass up so badly everytime when I see him struggling with the heaviest set of cable rows. Gotta wonder how long his heart can handle his 400/200 bloodpressure. ;D

good answer...i thought back early 2000's he had it all minus the triceps but now he is entering nasser territory past the peak point.whatever makes him happy,people like that size and he gives them good show.
