Hey "bodyprosite" read my posts. Clean or not your not going to find any NFL player doing 60 reps. And to keep it as legit as possible they test before and after combines. Fuck you guys are irritating!

just cause they test doesnt mean that the real results of the test are mentioned dip shit  just like the dozens of example found in the olympics and other major sports  people have been testing positive for years  but somehow it gets covered up and forgot,  so the simple fact it was tested b4 and after dont mean shit,  let me guess you think that  there are no juicers at a tested body building show either ???  you are a real fucktard

So your comparing the about of gear that bodybuilders take to the supposed amount a football player might take? I'd be willing to bet your one of the ones who actually think bodybuilders are athletes.

I find getbig to be much more entertaining if you just ignore everything JME / "The Coach" / "Mr. Intenseone" says for any purposes other than unintentional comedy.

I'm not concerned about rep speed or bouncing, but what was the most reps done with 225 with a complete range of motion?

probably not, since he doesnt do that even in his videos, but it was very well documented at flex and other online resources...i saw many people that work in the industry talking about this during the years in interviews...

even not doing full rom, he is an animal

WikiAnswers says the NFL combine record is 51.  Most of the videos of football guys doing this on YouTube have pretty good ROM.  I'd suspect guys like Ronnie would put up similar numbers if forced to use full ROM.

FAIL!!

He only did 8 or 9 full reps while the rest are partial..

so the truth is 63/2 = 32 reps + 9 = 41 reps!!

FAIL!!
Right this is bull....

theres not a single good rep there

theryre not even half reps

add the fact he's boucing the weight and theres no way he can claim 72 reps

i dont believe in completely locking out and resting the bar on the joint.. except for mxing out
but those "reps" were atrocious
... not even half more like quarter
choice is an illusion

If so then he has shattered the NFL combine record.
have you seen his ROM compared to that of the typical 6'5" lineman?

That's an accurate comparison because the NFL players are all clean, right? ;)

Exactly !!

I actually agree with coach... Your not going to see a 21-23 year old kid doing 60+ reps of 225... Most land in the 20 rep range who are in really good shape... Doesnt mean there are not grown men who can not  do it tho...

Owned yet again Coach.

when you add all those half-ass reps together, you get 35 and a half reps, not 72

Maybe Kevin should have consider Sprinting instead of Pro-bodybuilding.......I'm sure he'd have Olympic Medals all over the place

What bullshit is Joe Defranco claiming one his guys hit a 4.1 40.
You know what is crazy that Keith Williams the BB ran a 4.1 at the combine. He posted the results, it was hard to believe that he use to run that fast. To bad he hurt his knee.

I have done 50 at 250 lb so Coleman doing 72 no problem, however no one on the planet can hit 72 if you touch your chest and lock out every time, no one,,,
