Diet Question for Wavelength...
« on: April 29, 2009, 06:11:09 PM »
In the past you have expressed skepticism over the slowing down of the metabolism during a diet. Can you please expand on this?

ketosis and low carb also reduces T3 production

You make dieting way too complicated, dude. It is not rocket science.

Then why all the questions  ;D
The New England Journal just proved this principle that I have believed in for so long
Like I always say, it's not what you eat, it's how much you eat  :)

In 2 weeks you dropped over 5kg of fat? Isn't that a bit too fast?

20%-5lbs does not equal 15% which is where abs would begin to be visible.

In your pics you look over 20%. How recent were they?

On getbig everything without visible abs is fat, which is why you and I are fat.
