Well, you're maintaining supraphysiological levels of testosterone, presumably not under the direct supervision of an endocrinologist.  And even if you get bloodwork done every week, the long term effects of steroid usage isn't really known.

I know you use low doses, but he's not totally off-base here...who knows how this may affect you when you're 60

Hey I run the same protocol as you man, so I totally understand where you're coming from.  Certainly not a "science experiment" compared to what plenty of others run.  And you're right, risk is probably minimal.  Sounds like you have done your research

Honestly I suspect Primemuscle may have thought that you were running more, hence his original comment.

I figure one vice is ok.... run a bit of juice, eat healthy, exercise frequently, and avoid the rec drugs--you'll probably have a long, enjoyable life.

(Btw, you're not so bad a poster yourself.....I've wondered if you are somebody's gimmick  :D )

Lol I'm flattered but I only do 2ius after workout with nothing but whey isolate.... it works for me, but that's about the extent of my knowledge.  

I thought about injecting insulin pre-workout and sipping on some elaborate concoction while I get my pump on, but meh.  Maybe once (if?) I finish dieting

It's been surprisingly effective.  If you're more concerned with size/strength, have it with a bit of carbs too.

Halo looks like he is well on his way to fulfilling his destiny of gargantuan arms and the gettin of the chicas.  I gotta agree that for arms higher volume workouts seem to be better.  Mind you, i have tried practically every type of training for arms and super HIT Mentzer workouts made my arms so sore i had trouble doing the rest of my upper body during the week.  You cannot argue with Halo's results - those arms look solid.  If he looked like shit i could understand telling him he is wrong, but he is doing what works for him and it shows.  Soon.... ;D

4 sets lying leg curl super set with 4 set standing calf raise

4 sets stiff leg dumbel deadlift super set with 4 set seated calf raise

4 set seated single leg curl
