Maybe im not loading properly when i used to take it, I need to make sure i follew the directions precisely next time im on creatine and no xplode ::)

For a guy Benching 485lbs with 26inch arms he sure takes it easy on his shoulders, must be light day ::)
3 sets (11, 10, 8x44lbs) and 1 drop-set (9x28lbs)

Yup, always played football, since pop warner to junior college and always lifted weights. True believer in genetics, my chest wont really grow thick no matter how hard i hit it, but I dont really do much for my arms and as far as i can remember always been 18" did get them to 20.5 but a fat 280lb.
My forearms are bigger now, 14 or 15 last i checked, but working on making them bigger ;D
