lilwoday09smb: The diet is very simple actually. I started to diet at 15 weeks out or so, so I could have more time to lose the fat and lose the less muscle possible.
I think I did a pretty good job so far, during the whole diet I ate app. 3000 calories every day, now I just dropped it to 2500 +-
high protein, low fat, low carbs ( well now it is low carbs, I kept about 5 cups of rice and 2 cups of oatmeal the whole diet)
I just started doing cardio too but nothing crazy, I just go outside walking at low intensity and checking out the ladies for 30-45 minutes everyday
