The only thing with significant fat that I eat is lean steak or beef. 8oz a day.
I eat fat free cheese (in my eggwhites) and fat free low carb milk. I believe calcium is important and also easy way to increase protein.
Carbs are at 150g or so. So not too low. All complex carbs. (I do have a little fruit) No simple even postworkout.
