I think there is good money in these chinese buffet restaurant. Been sitting here slamming away food for one hour and as I observed mosy people, they barely eat anything, even the fat people. I am in France, maybe it's culturally not elegant to eat like a pig in public? If so, I might open a restaurant as a side business. Seems like good money to be made on low grade garbage food
