Took an hour and a half. For the past two months i've been training 3 times per week with low volume. This is gonna hurt!

and that should do it for back.

terribly constructed chest program. why do incl bench, incl dbells and incl. smith. its all the same fucking exercise. would you do 12 sets of incline bench? no.

I do my deadlifts on leg day btw I dont NOT deadlift
I done 5 sets per exercise on back and 3 on bis.
