Brocks mid section is incredibly weak from his surgery back in may of this year.  He took several direct blows to that area.  AO  knew what he was doing.  Attacking Brocks midsection was his corners plan from the beginning.    I dont think Brock had much of a chance against AO  anyway.

When he initially took the hit he kept standing.  A second later he was falling down.  A real fighter would have at least tried to put some distance between himself and his opponent to recover.  Kind of makes you wonder whether the was already planning to use his disease as an excuse or he was about to shit himself.    You notice the first thing to come out of his mouth was his disease.

Well, they were propping up the heavies and light heavies with Couture there for a while. All those Pride guys couldn't do anything when they had to clean up and come over to the UFC.....so they distracted us with lesser weight class fights for 2 years, haha.
