in person i look nothing like i weigh

i see a 94 or 95 opel/vauxhaul astra......a station even... hahaha..
and a cheap sharp 21" color tv from the stone age!

You guys doing dozens of sets are nuts.

Back'n'bi's today was:

Pullups x 35 or so, I lost count
BB rows 4x10-6
EZ curls 3x12-6

Took 15 minutes, bugger wasting any more time than that.

Training chest and bi's.  Then taking an hour break before I hit the trail and run 5 miles.  Training to be in shape not pose in a speedo.

biceps.
4 sets seated dumbel curls 12-10-8-5
3 sets cable curls with a straight bar + a "dropset" 12-10-8-whocares
3 sets hammer curls across the body, one arm at a time. 10-6-5

tris
pushdowns 3 sets 12-10-6
french presses 3 sets 10-10-10
2 sets close grip presses...felt like shit did only 2 sets. 10-4
3 sets dumbel extensions, one arm at a time. 10-10-10

forearms,,

some abs.

My arms are bigger than "big" dan hill's thats for sure.
