Title: Multiple areas of pain(Anterior Deltoid & Knees)
Post by: Prolific on July 21, 2007, 07:41:06 AM
I started experiencing pain in my anterior deltoid earlier this week while training.

It feels similar to a sprain, but I don't think it is. The pain occurs when I lift my arm diagonally forward and about half way up it hurts. But it's only for a split second then it seems to do alright with any other motion. I'm experiencing the pain in only one arm.

The other pain I'm having is in my knees. My knees experience pain when I squat. It feels like the pain is behind in the bone in the knee, but still in the same area. It feels like a sudden shock when I squat, that's the only way I can describe it.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

#1. Dont get into Vicodin or other Narc. Never.

Rest, Ice and heat alternate.

Electro-Accpuncture, you may be surprised. Either it helps right away or it dont.
