Movie studios brought herds of bison to the island when they filmed westerns there decades ago and they left them there. I don't know if/how they manage the population but they do serve buffalo on the island.

Love Catalina. Was there 4 times over the summer. Going again this weekend again with a client.

I don't know much, but apparently she's now a bit of a recluse. She did do a Turner Classic Movie interview by phone. Kinda cool, but not overly revealing. And she still, wholeheartedly, supports animal rescue/humane societies. Classy dame, it seems. Maybe, more will come out when she passes?
/olivia de havilland and joan fontaine are still alive!!! unreal. :o

Totally Anglo Saxon here. I just love the sun and the surf.
My maternal grandmother was from Brittany, France....still a long shot from being Greek. I do have olive skin which tans beautifully in the hot sun.
