So no one on here could even imagine for one moment that he might actually be natural? He looks more natural than Skip La Cour. His neck doesn't have the thickness of a user. Reg Park in the early 1950's could have compared with Jeff, if he had dieted down a little more. If Park ever did juice, it wouldn't have been till the late 50's or early 60's.

To be honest, I've used tons of juice in my life, and a ton of my friends use juice/compete/are pro's
if ANYONE is clean or uses barely anyone gear it's this guy, he got his pro card at like 200lbs.
look at some pics of him at his peak...this is attainable naturally.

He has some of the best trieps I have ever seen, reminds me of the Craig Titus tricep shots from Gold's Venice-and also Samir with the cross striations (but him and Samir have tri's that are different shaped).

His DEFINITLEY has oil or some other sunbstance in his pecs, they are just pumped full of something, espcecially the RIGHT pec.

Is he natural-he certainly could be, no way to tell short of a blood test.
