I didn't like Citizen Kane too much, but not surprised it made the top.

You have to remember that Citizen Kane is not the greatest story ever filmed- it's the cinematography and unprecedented use of the camera that makes it the greatest.  Most every film made since borrrows some technique from CK- it's like a two hour film school.

I know, I saw it in film class in college actually. I don't remember much, but I remember the guy owned a newspaper and had a sled named Rosebud. I realize it was revolutionary, I just found it boring. The following week in class we watched The Bank Dick with WC Fields and about 95% of the class said they enjoyed that much better ;D
