last year in dec - calum is around my hieght - 6'2'' to 6'3'' his arms are huge

Phenomenal forearms, you can never tell from your arms raised biceps poses, your branchioradialis really hit hard by those hammer curls.
If you could by any chance equal your flexors you would make Gunnar Rosbo green with envy :) or is it Ferrigno similiar to your height and also having amazing forearms...

as opposed to them being totally unworked by normal curls. ::)

I have never done a direct forearm exercise in my life and my forearms are well developed.

I'm 6'2" and arms measure 18.4 now; when I competed had them up to 21.3 inches.

Hungry again to be a freak bber. We shall see where they grow too in 2018.
