its an every single day thing to be in nonstop movement almost consuming plenty of nutritious foods for a man and woman to see there highest potential body
every day "off" you drastically rob your potential for that day
the good part is you can get back on the wagon once you fall off
the bad part is, that to my knowledge this "christina" could not exceed her potential in this video , she was maxed out on nutrition and activity, there isnt a "food" out there to push her any further to my knowledge, same goes for us bros too
