Title: screw getting lean
Post by: ZeroPatience on April 13, 2013, 03:55:13 PM: everytime i try and get ripped, i end up just looking small. i think it has to with the fact that i'm a fucking midgit. i was getting pretty lean a few weeks ago. my six pack was coming back and all of that, but i just felt small and weak. i have sinced upped the calories and put on about 10 lbs. i am aiming for about 10 more with this same condition.

due to you leaning fwd, your traps, delts and upper arms look good. But the bottom of your belly gives an appearance of chunky. And the tats don't help...

yea i know...im honestly not that bloated normally but i literally just got done eating like 5000 calories of junk right before the pic. yea tats suck young and dumb man.

Not sure if by small you mean short or no muscle...i will give you the benefit of doubt and assume you meant short. In that case i am 5'4.
