Help with PCT please

Could I please get some advice on how to go on with my PCT.

It's been 3 weeks since my last shot. Continued using Armidex since. And I have Nolvadex (10mg) and Clomid (50mg).

I was told to use Nolva for 21 days of 1 tab(10mg) 3 weeks after last shot.
And Clomid 5 days of 3 x 1(25mg) per day, 5 days  2 x1 per day, 5 days of 1 per day, then 6 days of 1 every other day.

My problem is since I have Clomid in 50mg tabs how would I go upon this?

Personally I don't see a need to run 2 SERMS at the same time.  Pick one and go with that.  Personally I'd use Clomid since it's much better at kickstarting LH than Nolva.

I try to steer kids away from Clomid due to the possibility of estrogen rebound.

Everyone is different but I've only had negative sides from it during PCT.

HCG during a cycle will alleviate the need for Clomid at all, then he'd just need Nolvadex for estrogen suppression.

Clomid will drive the natural test production, and you can run it at a low dose of 25mg ed with great results. On top of that you can run aromasin to stop any and all estrogen rebound. I like the Aromasin, but I've had some bad experiences with Clomid.

What a nightmare.

Yea a lot of guys have issues with it because the standard dosing protocols have called for such high dosages of it.  I think 100mg would be the MOST I'd ever consider running and that would have to be after a 6 monther or something.  Standard cycles you really don't need to go over 50mg of it ED.

It was the worst case of estrogen rebound I've ever had.

I can't even imagine what my estrogen levels actually were.

I ended up giving away the rest of the Clomid, and jumping on Aromasin to stop the madness.

So I think based on the responses about clomid. I think I'll keep the dosage low.

No need to split Clomid doses thru the day as far as I know.  It's got a long half life so taking your daily dose all at once is fine.  I've heard guys say that pharmacies sell pill cutters so you could get your 50mg pills down to 25mg.  I've used a cigar cutter with good result.

AJ - What do you think about tapering down Adex?  I had some bacne pop up last time which coincided with softening up.  I was considering tapering down to zero through pct instead of cutting out the Adex all at once so the aromataze enzyme levels didn't rise too sharply.  Have you ever done this?

Week 1-3 25mg clomid
week 1-6 25mg aromasin
