well muscletech promises a 10.5% increase. So considering its muscletech...thats about 2.46%.

I tried it and thought it tasted like shit (stick to the pill form).  I read the study that Ironhead76 cited and found that test subjects in the Gakic weight-training study were tested doing 30 - 35 reps of leg extensions (don't believe me, look it up!).  It did increase power output in the leg extension once subjects hit the 30 rep range.  Will it increase your power/strength in low reps (below 30?) -  not tested in any study!  I tested this out and found that it did not increase my 1-rep max on the bench (still got barried under 3 plates and a dime).  Hey, it's better than some of the crap with no research out there.  I got better stamina from iSatori's "H+ Blocker" though but the Fruit Punch tastes like baking soda (must be the buffering agents they use)! ???
