Is this ok to go to bed on empty stomach? Or will it be catabolic not eating for 13-14 hours every 24 hours?

What say all the ripped natural mass monsters about this practice?

Bad idea.  Casein protein for bed is the way to go.  Waking up very hungry is no good.

I don't eat for the first few hours of waking up, and then train on an empty stomach. I eat steadily for the rest of the day.

Is this intermittent fasting?

Depends.

If you're fasting for a total of 14-16hrs(which includes sleeping hours), then Yes.

But even if you end up fasting for a total of 10-12hrs, that's still good for your body.
