I guess the parents also take an active role in these cases though. I’ve seen it many times where the wealthier parent will buy out the other parents business and force the family to move.

I don't remember Prime saying that, and I am Prime. If I did, I wasn't being serious. But when you think about it, it might lower the number of blacks being offed by white police folks. However, it would also be seen as racist. So it will never happen. I don't think cops have much say in the location they are assigned within a jurisdiction.

Already going on for over a year in my area. After all the BLM protests started last yr, the ATL cops started to AVOID dealing
with many dangerous situations . I don't blame 'em because those who enforce the law in those areas, end up dead or charged with murder. One of the 2 cops at my gym recently got hired in my county to get out of ATL. I don't blame him and would do the same thing.

It's a social problem and the same issues keep repeating regardless of who is in office.

To be fair, I think republicans are better for backing the cops, but, don't promote programs needed to help people advance.
My sister and several friends I grew up with really needed those college aid programs.

The rural white areas have a big problem with opioids and spousal abuse.
Dysfunctional behavior is NOT genetic . 

I now live in an area that's been called an  " affluent bubble".
My wife and I got educated and worked for 40 years to get where we are.

Trust me, I KNOW what it's like to live in a poor, crappy area .
