Looks almost back to "normal "(good for him/he had lost a shit Ton of size!),won't set the IFBB on fire, but Is Entertaining and has a really good physique ... Great to see him back!

always watery, that's his Achilles heel... he competes around 245-250..if he were 5lbs less sometimes would be all the difference. Time will tell.

This. Guy will probably always be pretty average in the IFBB. He should become a 5%er and try and get in on that or something.

isn't Antoine with Universal??(that is his "shtick" hardcore and all that... I agree tho he would fit in nicely with Rich Piana or Joey Swoll's team shredz) he makes entertaining videos on his own now ...possible could do well at lower tier shows

You got to mAke money/because it's so fucking expensive (we all know who Joey Swoll's is what the fuck did he ever win? ) every bodybuilder is selling t/shirts/ has a clothing line (that's tapped out) what else can you do personal training? Supplement line is over saturated.. A " real job" would be an answer but you know that ain't happening ...5% for life baby! 😊😉

Glad you started this 'real job', because that would be my answer on this utter nonsense. PT is always better than selling snake oil, but I'm only saying that because I do PT as well

I can only hope that Ant stays with Universal, not that I will buy their overprices supps.

How much weight do you think he came down? He looked very small (for a pro) in the video discussing his problems. Props to Universal for hanging in with him.

honestly...........a lot (say he is 240-250 now I would guess he was down to like 215 or so?) I'm glad he seems to have conquered his demons.... he looked skinny when I saw him

I like Antoine, I'm pulling for him. Did he ever explain what his problems were? I didn't really get a whole lot out of that video he made, it was pretty vague.

He became depressed after a buddy died. He tried some escape routes but the pain was only temporary gone.
