torn muscles usually do not get surgery. torn tendon is another story. hope this helps.

This was a small seminar held at Rang Sharda hotel in Bandra , same neighbourhood where Sheru Classic was held.The crowd went bizzare after watching him in person because it is not a regular occurance over here to see a 280 lb bodybuilder! and Jay seriously is way beyond wide in person than in pics 8) .Seminar was pretty fine except for the few unwanted questions and Jay wasnt really surprised with the attention seeking mentality of few folks .Some were really good at asking sensible questions and all of it was handled in an matured demeanor .Thereafter Jay and Sheru were honoured and few local champion bodybuilders were also given honours .Then finally he had an 2 min posing routine for which the entire hall went crazy ;D ,there were also displays of his merchandise ie tshirts ,dvd,posters etc.People who had the most expensive pass were allowed to take a picture with him. :)

No Calf,but there were lot of invitees and bodybuilders whom Jay met.To add to it there were many hangers around who dont even know how to train took pics with Jay. ???

2011 Sheru Classic Bodybuilding Competition
Today was a little bit more mellow. We waited for a bit to coordinate meting with Hritek Roshan, a very poplar Ballywood Actor. So once we got the go we drove like bates out of Hades to the gym clear across town.
Jay got a descent leg workout, met the actor, we watched some choreography, got mobbed again and flew back home in a private car. All in a day's work!
on an off topic note, wonder why Jay Cutler didnt tell the driver to slow his ass down.... I was in cancun a few years back and got on the public bus, this dumb mothaFucking 16 kid driving the bus was racing another bus, im guessing they were competing against passenger fares ... after about the 3 rd stop i had to get off, i wasnt about to die that day cus of that little punk
