I sometimes wonder how and when I’m going to have “the talk” with my children?

This awfull big head indicates internal organ failure. he will be dead within 2 years.
No surgery can repair the pectoral tendon

He doesn't understand what bodybuilding is, he destroyed and tore away almost everything in his body (muscle, ligament, tendon and joint) and destroyed his organs and his homeostatic chemistry with deadly products.
it is a synthesis of all the stupidity of a monkey facing an activity that he summarized as taking heavy and being heavy.

If you love her then the age should not matter. What about you? Did you age like fine wine? As I get older I start to like people less and less. I might become real grumpy in the future - haha!
me too. I hate my entire family

This pot belly pig is out of breath just talking

Missing the squat rack and a place to deadlift.

I don't rate home training at all.  I don't think it works well for big lifting.  I'm sure it does for some but I think that generally speaking, you don't really want to be pulling maxes at the same place you're trying to relax in.

Some people probably handle that fine but for me, weight has always been heavier at home than at a gym and I'm ok with admitting that.  Clearly I get some ego/motivation out of being at the gym and that ego translates to shit being easier.

This, but you have to be sneaky about it. Put a fish in a plastic bag out in the sun. Let it sit there for a week or two baking. Drain the oil after that, put it in a container. Go to where these thugs eat, and find a way to sprinkle that oil over their burgers without being noticed. Hello BOTULISM!!

If this is not possible to do, steal a car with gloves and a mask. Drive over the fuckers and disappear into the night.

Attack them one by one in a dark alley. Burn their homes down at 3 AM. Anything is game here. Just be creative and smart so you are not connected to it all. They like to fight dirty, so fucking do the same thing to them.
I like the way you think my friend.  ;)

Do you home gym owners ever have problems with motivation training by yourselves. I like to think I'm self motivated to a large extent, but I'm just not likely to do a workout in my apartment with the bar and dumbells I have. Even in an empty commercial gym I have trouble pulling heavy deads for example, my mind starts to wander, and I "think" too much. Yesterday I had a good session and it was just me and my training partner, but sometimes if there's a good group of guys lifting it can be very energetic. Of course the fucking broccoli heads ruin everything, as well as the Arab groups. Fucking Somali youths running around, joking and slapping each other and hollering lol.

I don't. I've been doing since 1978 (when I was 12). I had a decent basement gym (at home) with bench, two 110 pound sets, pulley in rafters for cable stuff, etc.
The bench had the uprights in the back that raised up for squats, and also had dip handles, etc.
(Jubinville was the main seller around New England).

Always had a commercial gym membership too and used both. (When I got older and could drive).
Gyms are much different these days though, and full of retards, so I do get a better workout at home, and my motivation is never an issue.
My actual love for training actually increases as I age, knowing I cant do it forever, I appreciate it more...

Dumbbells were not primarily made for lifting but to be thrown into "youthful gatherings".

If they played classical music the "youthful gatherings" would disperse. Stores use this trick so "youths" stay away lol. Atlernately some very oppressive metal at high volume.

I was at my tram stop and I was hearing this loud woodpecker sound the other day. Then I made the connection, they were of course playing that sound over a loudspeaker so youths don't gather there at nights, youths of course being a euphemism for Somalis or Arabs.
