i wonder how it feels to have triceps so big. i knw when my little tri's get all pumped up, they feel massive, and mine are probably 1/3 the size of phils. i couldnt imagine what those big tris would feel like on the back of my arm all pumped up. it must hurt like a bitch !

i know..sometimes im doing arms and my tris are pumped and i turn sideways into the miror and do a little side tri cutler syle and im like "damn im fuckin yoked ! " .... what if i was looking a phils arms  :o i would probably faint.. hahah
