arnold - quads
jay - waist

and even phil, narrow
shawn ray - dwarf
lee priest - dwarf and narrow
paul dillet - no back and couldnt pose
evan centopani - no chest thickness
dennis wolf - no calves
branch - no forearms or arms

In 1993 Yates had the arms and the old timers Sergio was as close as it got for most complete....for the era.

After observing those pictures of Oliva it's become obvious to me that the main reason his arms look so big in pictures is because his head is unusually small. No offense to Oliva fans on here, but he is what's known as a pinhead. The pic below also shows that he was a bit of a pencil neck during his competitive days.

Dorian's arms were not poor by any standards. He had 20" arms at 3% bodyfat. His triceps and forearms were some of the best ever, and these are part of the arms. Dorian did have subpar biceps, but the biceps muscles comprise probably 2% of the body's muscle mass and this weakness was only apparent in the front double biceps. Top to bottom, left to right, when the scores of the symmetry round, the mandatories in the muscularity round, posedown and posing rounds are added up, Dorian is the most complete Mr.Olympia ever. He had less muscular and skeletal balance problems at 260 lbs than Shawn Ray had at 205 lbs.

Correct that Olivas head was small however his Actual arm size was HUGE...you have to remember he wasnt a Middle weight like a Shawn ray,Lee Labrada etc (who had great arms in there own right however Ray @ his best ONSTAGE was all of 200-210lbs Labrada even less) Sergio in his Prime years was anywhere between 220-240lbs @ 5ft 9-5ft 10....and remember that was the LATE 1960s early 1970s his arms (regardless of head size) were absolutely Massive a true freak of the era, back on topic IMO Yates First as the most Complete Olympia Champion ever in 1993 and Sergio the pick of the Bunch for the older generation. Pic below is with 255-265lb Bruno Sammartino the World heavyweight Wrestling champ of the era.

In the above pic I posted, Ronnie looks bigger, but softer than dorian, especially in the back region. However, ronnies hamstrings look dryer. I am torn. Ronnie or Dorian?
