Bbing, eating protein and the lifestyle in general?

2 weeks ,swine flu .

month i think, and i felt small as hell when i came back, offcourse all in my head.

6 months when I backpacked through Europe.
I was having so much fun with the Scandinavian babes that I was pretty ripped though. ;)

2nd that.. horrible. Life altering time frame there.

Have never stopped completeley, but have had periods with a lack of interest, changing routines each week as an cover for laziness.
Had a few weeks off after surgery a year and a bit ago, was told not to lift anything heavier than a fucking kettle for 6 weeks ::)

Tore muscle in forearm. Took 6 months off

I believe, maybe 4 weeks tops if you're talking no excercise. That would be vacation-related then. Started 15 years ago.

13 months, coincided with my absence from getbig.

i've trained at home for a couple of year but i haven't taken more than 2 weeks off training since i was 17

only have taken scheduled weeks off since I was 14.. Well during football season in high school we'd barely lift, but besides that I have almost always been in the gym.. somedays i love it, other days i hate it..

i lost faith in "bodybuilding nutrition"

10 years mostly off ;D Had a solid Wow physique before I started back which was 5-6 years ago now.

Forced due to injury-1 year
just to rest-2 weeks

As long as I am typing on getbig I feel that I am working out.

3 months earlier last year. Got some HBP issues and laid off the gym for a while. When I went back I was reborn. Felt amazing, stronger workouts, joints felt loose. I might do a good month off every year now.
