what is the best begeinner cycle, ive been doing alot of research and just wanted your guys advice. im 19 and weigh about 190, 12 % body fat, not worried about water gains, just dont want to get bitch tits, pretty sure im gonna need something to stop gyno, any advice, thanks

500mg test 12-16 wks followed by PCT. Pure and simple but the best cycle for a 1st timer period.

What would be a good PCT to match the 500mg of Test 12-16 weeks and how much and often would you take that Test?

i would say wait but its all up to u, of course.  if u did do this cycle, pct would be 40mg of nolvadex everyday for 2 wks, followed by 20mg ed for another 2 wks, lasting 4 wks. i would use hcg which helps keep ur nuts full at 300 ius every 5 days throughout the cycle
