those quotes were made by people all over the world BEFORE we got the UN inspections in nov 2002.

They got the search, and they found nothing.  No WMD were there.

You won't find any quptotes from spring of 2003, because by then we all knew there were no WMD.  Still, the US war machine was setting up for the march attack.
