Dont waste your money on cheap shit. Cheap multis usually use inferior vitamin forms, such as B-12 (cyanocobalamin ) instead of methylcobalamin vs, magnesium oxide instead of magnesium chelate and etc. The other thing is most multis dont really have what most males need in sufficient quantities nowadays which is tons of vitamin D ( 5,000 iu minimum), magnesium and zinc.

What are some good brands? Maybe I should stick with adam mens? or optimum mens..?

Anavite is actually really good and its $25-$30 depending where you shop. AOR Orthocore is number 1 of all multis but it costs $60+ without shipping.

Anyway, Ive bought a "Solgar" one. I believe its a good brand name.

Right now I'm 215 offseason.....I'm gonna lose 25lbs and be 175lbs shredded.....peace out bye.

The Walmart house version of Centrum. Vitamins all come from the same 2 or 3 factories. Supement companies mark them up like crazy. Don't be a sucker.
