Have you seen up to date recent pics of Booty..?
I wouldn’t say in the pics posted on here a few yrs ago
She looked like she’d had facial surgery at all.

Her breasts are not fake they’re enhanced (she has never said otherwise)
And very nice too, as are all breasts enhancements if
1, done properly by a expert surgeon
2, not over filled implants that are as solid as can be
And look like bowling balls.

I'm sorry, I don't understand this division between "fake" and "enhanced."

her breasts are not fake they real skin & nipples & breast tissue etc as any woman has
That she has some form of bag with saline / silicone implanted in her breast pockets
Make them enhanced not fake.

Understand the difference between fake & enhanced now.

It's too bad that silicone breast implants are dangerous because I prefer them to the saline bags that often ripple on the edges.

Mine are silicon cohesive gel implants. They don’t ripple or are water bags. Mine are underneath the muscle. Feels and looks like real breasts. If I got pregnant I could breastfeed. All my glands etc are on top.

Outstanding.  Where are your incisions?  I always though that it was pretty weird when they go in through the nipple.

Cool, cool.  I've seen some real hatchet jobs on the nipples before.  Glad to hear you are happy with yours.

I had a reconstructive surgeon who did a great job. I also take good care of myself with diet and skincare. I heal well and scar minimally. I used rose hip oil on the incisions for a year and didn’t tan them. I do the right things.
