I can tell you this much, I think Jeff poses better than he does. I say that with all due respect to him of course. I always found his posing to be a little "different" back in the day, but entertaining as all fuck.

In all seriousness- he got on stage once and failed. It's not that he looked terrible, he didn't look bad at all, but he placed poorly in a weak line up. The reality is he's a terrible sport. He found its a lot easier to talk shit online about people who actually know what their doing and actually walk the walk than it is to diet and train properly to get back into contest shape just to lose again.
