In the mood for some getbig flaming

Roast away boys.  I am trying though!!  6'1 and sitting at 220.  Would like to try and get to 225 throughout winter.

Actually I never do those.  I'll incorporate them for a few months.

I have no clue. I just go by the mirror. I know I could be at a lesser percentage.  How do you check that?
