I was classed as being obese when I was getting my life assurance in the bank last week,the bank guy was saying to lady on phone of their insurers 'yeah but hes not fat' she said well hes 5'10 and over 17stone so he is obese,haha Im obese

or just multiply 17 by 14...then divide by 2.2 to turn into kilos...very easy to convert.

Anything over 20% for a male under 30 and 24% for males over 30.

as doctors go by BMI, 1% and up could technically be obesity.

BMI of >30 is considered obese but BMI sucks for a true evaluation of body composition.
