Post-training and last meal
« on: December 15, 2011, 04:52:10 PM »
I train at night and my post-training meal is the last meal before I sleep.
So I want know if I can eat boiled eggs with sweet potato?

So:
20:15 pre-training
5 eggs + sweet potato

22:00 training

23:10 post-training
5 eggs + sweet potato

I'm getting and do not take supplements

So everything ok? Thanks!  :)

Be afraid to use the egg in the post workout because it is slow absorption  ;D

Not taking any supplements is the smartest thing you can do. Other than a good multivitamin and probiotics/enzymes. The rest is just a sham.
