Right now i weigh about 235. The most i weighed was about 255, that was about 5 or 6 months ago. Ive taken some time off with training and my diet. Ive trained about 4 times in the last 2 months.

All I've ever done is post a few lifts I've done, my bodyweight stats, and a picture. I haven't lied about them and I haven't boasted about them either - I just say what I do and I just do my thing.

The shoulder press numbers seem to corelate well.

Hmm. Well, it was our first game of the season and I was carrying a lot of of PH water. I dropped about ten pounds over the next two months and that seemed to make a real difference. I'm no speedster, but I am now hitting all the bases in a somewhat coherent manner. :-\

Yes you do need a video clip - because it's the easiest thing in the world to take a photo faking a lift - all you have to do is take a picture at the top and bottom of the rep and there you have it, a nice fake picture holding any weight you please. Tell you what-I'll be nice about this and try and get a video done just to please you - okay?

I don't fling them up myself if that's what you mean - I lift one up to shoulder level and get a spotter to pass me the other. I then press them on my own only requiring a spot towards the last few reps of the set when going to failure.
