IIRC, it's get your RDA minimum, ~1g per lb of bodyweight, and the rest doesn't matter.  For weight losts.

So the Adonis principle is: eat adequate protein.  Don't go over your target caloric goal.

I'm no rocket surgeon, but you should probably write a book on this.

I don`t make videos.  My youtube account got permanently banned for outing a Marine torturing a dog.  The military did not like it, contacted Youtube and banned me for life from Youtube essentially.  Oh well, at least that Marine was punished. 

Not to open a can of worms here, but YouTube probably banned you... The military may have contacted YouTube, but it wasn't the governments influence... It's in their guidelines.
