Very cool Alex. I saw 300 @ an IMAX Theatre on the weekend with some friends and kept my eye out for ya! 

Kind of funny to discuss the movie later on with some co-workers.  One who had yet to see the movie commenting on everyone's physiques... and how they weren't 'special effects', ... like being lean these days is so unbelievable, that the 'wow' factor was that everyone's abs weren't CGI !! 

"It's unhealthy to be that way all the time" ... I also heard.  Uhh...how about no?  I found most everyone's physiques fairly decent, in that they were lean enough to show off some abdominals.  Other than that, I don't recall being 'wowed' by anyone's muscularity on-screen though?  Of course this is my perspective .. someone who pays some attention to the bodybuilding world.  To your average joe though, it was extremely... unbelievably  impressive apparently!

hahaha he would be crushed if he saw those spartans in real life. Some of them really did go through some training and got pretty lean but most of them where 15-25% bodyfat at least. They air brushed the abs where there was none. They also added some musculature and cuts to the legs. They even asked us to get a spray tan before the shoot which was payed by them.

Average people are always like that.. they are just scared of change.
