I'm really ignorant when it comes to the drug side, but my question is, are all those compounds necessary? I mean, are all these examples of a "more is more" philosophy? Could you grow on 1-3 compunds, switch it up? All that shit I've read makes me feel sick just looking at it. No wonder some of these guys had anxiety, I would too. Taking all that shit and turning my insides into goo, all for a effing plastic trophy, if that?

There was a thread on Muscle Mayhem about Markus Ruhl's book "Anabolika" that had some example cycles that he used. I don't know if "Big Wiggs" and the Wiggs on here are the same person but they had their wife translate the book from German. The cycles were long about 22 weeks in lengh on average and some of them had the orals being run all the way through.
