Started off out of shape, was off everything, not even training, lattes for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch...etc.

Come April I decided to embark on a get to shape mission for my holiday in Abu Dhabi, heading out there with a Scadinavian beauty. I followed Sev's diet protocols and they worked like a treat, white fish, brown rice, broccoli...but work took over for past month, working 12 hours a day with no time for lunch breaks and been eating mostly out as getting home late and tired meant no prepped food, and training has taken a step back too, two half arsed sessions a week for past two weeks....now im two weeks away and nowhere near my 7% goal  :-\

6ft3, sitting at around 210lbs, normally im heavier and considerably leaner at this time of the year.





when's your trip? maybe I can help you. EDIT 2 weeks ok. see below.

your not that bad. you can drastically change the way you 'look' in two weeks. if you can dry out, and fill out, you'll look leaner. add that to two weeks of chicken breast and broccoli every meal, every day, and you can look great.

the key is to get your muscle filled out so it's pushing against your skin. this will create an illusion of size, and coupled w the fat loss you can accomplish in the next 14 days I don't doubt you can look pretty fucking good.

start arimidex at 1mg a day. get some injectible winstrol. 1ml Ed. anavar @ 60mg Ed.

anything else injectible is a waste. it won't have time to manifest the results you need. typical pre contest compounds like tren ace and even masteron I find need 3-4 weeks to really get rolling.

arimidex/ injectible winny/ anavar. chicken broccoli for two weeks. get on a stepper 2x a day or do some prolonged HIT cardio. thank me later.  

xfactor shredded as always.

second EDIT add proviron at 50mg a day to that as well. .

I just think it's better to be overly critical and know there's a lot more work to be done, than do a Vince G telling people how ripped he was on stage....or Navy Mike posting pictures talking about imaginary cross striations and feathered tear drops...etc.

I dont get suffering to get close to contest condition to go on a holiday. But many wouldn't get suffering to contest condition to pose in a thong. How much better will your holiday experience be dialed in?

When my bodyfat gets really low my libido takes a hit and struggle to even get hard sometimes.

Hard to tell, I was just thinking as Im going to Dubai, if there's Arabs and Russian millioanires showing off in the pool with 5k bottles and escorts...I could take my top off, oil my self up and walk past them in slow mo....might hit a lat spread in their face too.

But on a serious note, I just like to stick out in a pool and feel good about myself.

Yeah it's better to err on the side of thinking you look worse than you do than to be Vince G.

I guess you could say they (oil money, etc.) got $$$ but you can "win" this way
