A G R E E D !

Make the most of the moment (the well planned cycle)
and save up ("receptor time") for the next program
AND then make the most out of that one . . .

spring, your build up (getting ready)
summer, as mass monster
fall, tighten up, refine & cut
winter, then rest for the next . . .
working to maintain your build.

You have got to have the period of dormancy . . .
restorative, balancing and normalizing system.
