Pull downs under hand grip
Seated rows under hand grip
T bar rows
Close grip pullups as many as possible
Chin ups as many as possible

Lol, my health is great, I've posted my bloodwork, blood pressure, everything is great. Look man you seem very paranoid about health and that's great, but maybe that can be a problem. If you're constantly worried about this and that then what kind of life are you going to have? You want to know why I feel so great, look good for my age? Stress, I have very little, I enjoy life, do a job a absolutely love, live in beautiful places, constantly in nature and exposed to sun fresh air, travel a lot, eat great nutritious food, exercise regularly (not just bodybuilding, but swimming, biking, hiking, surfing, running). Stress and constantly worrying about shit will be more detrimental to your health then anything.
